Dinard since 1977

Starnberg has been twinned with Dinard since 1977. The seaside resort on Brittany’s Emerald Coast (Ille-et-Vilaine), near Saint-Malo, is known for its beaches, its 407 listed villas, its Belle Époque hotels and the Dinard British Film Festival, held in early October since 1989.
